Not always. The state wildlife agency's ramp inventory (FWC) marks 640 of its 2,628 records as fee-required, 1,790 as no fee and 198 as unknown, but it does not date its fee entries. County, city and state park ramps often charge parking or launch fees, and some charge by the hour. Each ramp page shows the FWC entry, the owner's own page where we have read it, and whether we confirmed it by phone.
Names, owners, addresses, coordinates, lanes and hours come from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC-FWRI) boat ramp inventory, which FWC describes as public domain. We add the owner's own fee pages and phone checks on top, and we mark which is which.
